Several customers around the state have recently notified us about direct mail letters and postcards they have received regarding mortgage protection insurance, biweekly payment schedule services, or similar matters. This mail includes their mortgage loan amount as well as the fact that it is secured through FCS Financial.

Please be aware that FCS Financial is not sending this mail, not affiliated with the companies that are sending it and we have not released or sold your personal information. In fact, we are prohibited from doing so by Farm Credit Administration regulations.

When a deed of trust is filed at the courthouse, it becomes public information. We believe the companies responsible for these mailings have either bought a list or used the Internet to gather your public information.
