Daryl is a fourth generation farmer who was raised on a grain and livestock farm near Brunswick, MO. In 1972, he graduated from the University of Missouri's College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources with honors in agriculture economics. That same year, he began his career at Farm Credit Services as a credit representative. Moving quickly through the ranks, Daryl served as a branch manager before becoming a CEO. His commitment to Farm Credit spans 38 years with 34 of those as a CEO. However, Daryl's dedication to agriculture and rural America runs just as deep. He has served on many state, national and Farm Credit Bank committees and boards including the Governor's Task Force on 21st Century Agriculture and Governor Matt Blunt's Advisory Council on Agriculture. In 2006, Oldvader was recognized by the Missouri Vocational Agriculture Teachers as the outstanding cooperator for his work with FFA and vocational agricultural students. He has received the Honorary American and State FFA degrees. In 2002, Oldvader was named Alumnus of the Year for the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources at the University of Missouri, Columbia. He currently serves on the Vice Chancellor's Leadership Council for the College.
Steve has been with the Farm Credit System since 1994 and served as Senior Vice President of Financial Services at FCS Financial since 1996 until being named Executive VP of Finance in 2010. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Arizona State University and completed his MBA in June 2008. Steve is a certified public accountant and has 10 years of public accounting experience at large multi-national CPA firms. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA) and active in his community through youth sports and scouts.
Gary leads strategic and business planning for FCS Financial. He grew up on a family farm in Vernon County, Missouri, and earned his bachelors degree from Missouri State University. Gary joined FCS Financial in 1974. He has been a Senior Vice President with FCS Financial since 1989 until being named VP of Administration in 2010. Prior to 1989, Gary provided direct loans to farms in FCS Financial offices located in Carthage, Nevada and St. Joseph.
Steve joined FCS Financial in March 2010. While new to Missouri and FCS Financial, he is a 30-year veteran of the Farm Credit System. Steve serves as the association’s Chief Risk Officer with a primary accountability of ensuring an appropriate balance of credit availability to the marketplace within risk parameters defined by the association board of directors.
More than 20 years of Steve’s career has been spent at District Banks working with Farm Credit associations from Minnesota to Texas on all aspects of association business. Steve has a special interest in the next generation of farmers and ranchers having served in leadership roles in recent years on System work groups addressing the needs of Young, Beginning, and Small (YBS) Farmers.
Steve started his career as a loan officer in a Farm Credit association in Wisconsin. He graduated in 1980 from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls with a degree in Agriculture Business and Economics. His passion for agriculture was developed during his youth on a relative’s dairy farm near Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Kevin is FCS Financial's General Counsel. He joined the Association in February 2002 after having more than 19 years of work experience with the Association’s District Farm Credit Bank. At the District Bank level, he had experience in all aspect of the loan process – title examination, loan documentation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, other litigation, and credit policies and procedures. He held a management position at the District Bank for more than 17 years.
As the Association’s General Counsel, he has responsibilities in the areas of supervision of Loan Finaling, the Association’s Compliance Officer, the Association’s Corporate Secretary, the Association’s Criminal Referral Officer, a Member of the Association Board’s Legislative and Governance Committees, the Association’s District Legislative Liaison, the Association’s Standards of Conduct Officer, the Association’s Criminal Referral Office, and the primary resource for legal matters that affect the Association. He also puts on several training courses a year. Since 2003, he has taught a UCC course at the Agricultural Lenders’ School in Columbia, Missouri.
He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. He graduated from the School of Law at the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association.
