New Mortgage Loan Servicing Rules

January 9, 2014 | Categories: FCS Financial News

Beginning January 10, 2014, new mortgage servicing rules become effective that will provide additional protections for consumers. This article provides information on some of those protections.

At FCS Financial, personal service and our relationship with the borrower is what our company is built on. Our loan officers work to find a product that will meet your needs based on your income stream and production cycle. While we hope you do not have to use these servicing rules, we want to make sure you, our borrower, are fully informed about these options.

The new rules will affect how you contact us concerning Error Resolutions and Requests for Information concerning your mortgage loan with FCS Financial.

If your contact involves an Error Resolution, please send us a written request that sets out your name, information that allows us to identify your mortgage loan account (for example, loan number), and the alleged error. The written request can be sent by email message to – FCSF-HydePark@myfcsfinancial.com – or by regular mail to FCS Financial, Loan Document Services, 751 West Stadium, Suite D, Jefferson City, MO 65109.

If your contact involves a Request for Information, please send us a written request that sets out your name, information that allows us to identify your mortgage loan account (for example, loan number), and the information related to your mortgage loan that you are requesting. The written request can be sent by email message to – FCSF-HydePark@myfcsfinancial.com – or by regular mail to FCS Financial, Loan Document Services, 751 West Stadium, Suite D, Jefferson City, MO 65109.

In both cases, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your request. After we complete our review of your request and information on your mortgage loan, we will send you a follow-up communication.
