Work/Life Balance


The amount of vacation time allocated is based on your length of service.

*Vacation amounts are based on a 40 hour/week schedule and are prorated for those scheduled to work less than 40 hours/week.

Employer-paid benefit for employees covers 10.5 days and one floating holiday of the employee’s choice.

Other Paid Leave

Employer-paid benefit for employees to provide paid time off for funeral leave in the event of a death in the employee’s family, for jury duty or court service, and for military leave when the employee is called to inactive duty training or in the event of civil disorders.

Educational Assistance

Employer-paid benefit for full-time employees that pays up to an annual maximum amount of $3,500 for undergraduate and $4,500 for graduate course work leading to a degree that improves job performance or prepares employees for future advancement.
