At FCS Financial, the health and well-being of our member-owners, employees, and communities is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 public health threat and taking actions to protect our member-owners and employees. Therefore, FCS Financial offices will be closed until May 4, 2020.
While our primary concern is the safety and health of staff and member-owners, we also understand our member-owners need to conduct their farm business during this time. All staff are available and remain committed to helping you by phone, email and fax.
My Access Plus allows you access to your accounts 24/7. You can make payments, view transactions and exchange documents securely through this platform. My Access Plus is available online from our website or mobile app. If you are not currently enrolled, follow this link to enroll.
As an Association, we are reducing the risk for our employees by establishing the following protocols:
- Closing all lobbies to visitors and foot traffic.
- Enacting a work-from-home policy for many of our employees. These employees are still available to assist you via phone and email.
- Enhancing sanitizing and cleaning protocols at each office.
- Utilizing telephone and video for internal meetings.
- Only essential business meetings will be held face-to-face with no more than 10 people at the meeting.
- Travel for conferences and meetings is suspended.
As we had previously communicated, Customer Appreciation has been postponed. Traditionally, we have shared the cooperative’s success by handing out patronage checks during this event. With the postponement of Customer Appreciation, we are mailing patronage checks. You should start to receive them early next week.
This is an ever-evolving situation. We are following guidance from the State of Missouri and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. As future updates are made, we will update member-owners through our website, social media platforms, email and text messages. You must opt-in to receive text alerts.
