FCS Financial’s, Sam Scheulen from our Columbia office, award the Ashland FFA Chapter with a $250 Shaping Rural Missouri grant. The Shaping Rural Missouri grants were available to 4-H clubs & FFA chapters who plan to complete a community improvement project by the end of the year.
