Farmer Veteran Coalition together with Drake University Ag Law Center and FamilyFarmed.org invite veterans to participate in a free 2-day conference located in Kansas City, Missouri.

These organizations have over 100 years of combined experience supporting farm families, beginning farmers, and farmer veterans in the U.S. Through the Farmer Veteran Risk Management Education Project, the program will deliver comprehensive education and risk management training to veterans to assist them in identifying and managing production, marketing, legal, financial, and human risk areas.

Additional topics to be covered include basic areas such as business and financial planning as well as how to use the Homegrown By Heroes label to help your business standout among the competition in the marketplace and on store shelves.
