Josh Chaplin, loan officer FCS Financial in Hannibal, awarded the Mt. Zion Country Clovers 4-H Club with a $500 Shaping Rural Missouri grant. The Shaping Rural Missouri grants were available to 4-H clubs & FFA chapters who plan to complete a community improvement project by the end of the year.
The Mt. Zion Country Clovers 4-H Club plan to add some dog agility equipment to a local community park with their grant funds.
