Young, Beginning & Small Farmer (YBS) Program

Ag Youth Program

We believe hands-on experience builds lifelong leadership skills. Our Ag Youth Program offers low-interest project loans and funding for 4-H and FFA members purchasing livestock, show equipment, or crop inputs for county and state fair projects.

High School & Collegiate Scholarships

Each year, FCS Financial awards thousands of dollars in scholarships to graduating high school seniors and college students across Missouri who demonstrate leadership, academic excellence, and a passion for agriculture.

FCS Financial Rural Community & Agriculture Foundation

Our foundation provides targeted grant funding for long-term investments that strengthen rural infrastructure, enhance quality of life, and support local fairgrounds, community centers, and youth ag facilities across Missouri.

Patronage Program: Cooperative Profit Sharing

As a customer-owned cooperative, when FCS Financial prospers, our member-owners share in that success. Through our Patronage Program, we return a portion of our earnings back to our eligible customer-owners, effectively reducing borrowing costs.
