FCS Financial initiated an enhanced program that provides a safe and confidential channel for staff, customers or the general public to report any activities that may violate laws, regulations, policies or ethical guidelines. Our board of directors and leadership team feel it is important that we continue to operate at the highest level of integrity and transparency. To achieve that goal, Whistleblower is located on our website (www.myfcsfinancial.com) and provides two confidential methods for individuals to report a potential violation: 1) Call toll free 855-384-9880 or 2) Select the “Make a Report” tab. While the program is not intended for making comments or complaints regarding customer service matters, we do encourage anyone to file a report if they feel potential accounting irregularities, financial misappropriations or other violations of the law have occurred.
