On Wednesday, Tera Dover, loan officer, decoded the assets on a balance sheet. Today she will unveil how you can place your liabilities on a balance sheet. Keep in mind, a balance sheet is just a snapshot of where you are financially on that given day. It is always changing. It is important that you complete a balance sheet so you can obtain a farm or rural property loan but to show how you are growing your farm or agribusiness.

In this video Tera explains the liabilities, be sure to watch the assets video or read our previous post where we defined what is included in each section of the balance sheet. You can also follow along with Tera on this sample balance sheet.
