We look forward to seeing our member-owners in Sedalia! Below is everything pre-registered members need to know for ticket pickup, parking, and hospitality tent activities.
📢 Online Pre-Registration is Now Closed
Pre-registered attendees can pick up their gate tickets and food vouchers at the Director's Pavilion on Monday starting at 8:00 AM.

Ticket Pickup Location Director's Pavilion Located inside the main fairgrounds
Pickup Window 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM Pickup closes promptly at 1:30 PM
Monday's Schedule & Activity Lineup

Ticket & Food Voucher Pickup Opens Pick up your complimentary admission tickets and 12 x $5 ($60 total value) food vouchers at the FCS Financial desk inside the Director's Pavilion.
8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Member Hospitality Tent & Refreshments Relax in the shade under the Pavilion tent! We'll have complimentary cold bottled water, sodas, snacks, lawn games, and family photo ops available all morning.
1:30 PM
Ticket Pickup Cutoff & Tent Closure All pre-registered tickets and vouchers must be claimed by 1:30 PM. Afterwards, feel free to explore the rest of the State Fair exhibits, livestock shows, and concessions!
✅ Checklist for Registered Attendees
Pick Up Information: Please present the primary member name used during registration at the Director's Pavilion pickup table.
Food Vouchers: Your 12 x $5 food vouchers are accepted at participating Missouri State Fair food vendors throughout the grounds.
Meet Your Loan Officers: Staff members from offices across our 102-county service area will be on hand—stop by to say hello!
