FCS Financial offices and staff are members of many of your local communities. Our commitment to providing support to rural Missouri extends beyond our office doors. Our staff are encouraged to become involved in their local communities by providing time and resources for a variety of community events.
Local fairs and fair boards, school boards and community organizations are just a few of the areas we are involved. FCS Financial staff are allowed up to eight hours of paid leave to volunteer at a local nonprofit organization. The slide show above shows photos of some of our staff volunteering in their local communities.
We also support youth organizations like 4-H and FFA by presenting programs in the classroom, providing the Shaping Rural Missouri grant program, as well as providing support at 4-H and FFA activities. Our employees are involved in the local community because they want to see their local communities grow and prosper.
FCS Financial provides matching funds, one time per year, to each staff member’s donation to a non-profit organization. This program kicked off in May 2014. Our staff and FCS Financial have donated more than $4,000 to the non-profit organizations below.

The Brunswick FFA Chapter hosts an annual judging contest for area FFA students to practice before their district contests. FCS Financial provided our cook trailer and supplies to help the FFA Alumni members cook pork burgers and tenderloins. Our staff are members & officers in the Brunswick FFA Alumni Association. The funds from the day’s sales go towards sending the high school FFA members to the National and State conventions.
FCS Financial is involved on a state-wide level in organizations like Missouri Farmers Care, an organization that promotes the continued growth of Missouri agriculture and rural communities. We are again one of the sponsors for the Missouri Farmers Care FFA Video Contest. This contest encouraged FFA students to develop videos promoting food safety and how agriculture keeps our food supply safe.
We provided resources to the Joplin Tornado Relief as well as annual donations to food pantries across Missouri. We are committed to supporting agriculture and rural communities.
