FCS Financial, Missouri's largest agricultural lender, recently donated $2,000 to the UnCommon Farms Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting sustainable agriculture education.
The donation was made to support the foundation's mission of providing educational opportunities for farmers and ranchers interested in learning more about sustainable agriculture practices. The funds will be used to support the foundation's workshops, field days, and other educational programs.
"FCS Financial is committed to supporting the future of agriculture in Missouri," said Robert Guinn, CEO of FCS Financial. "We are proud to partner with the UnCommon Farms Foundation to help educate farmers and ranchers about sustainable agriculture practices that can help them improve their profitability and environmental stewardship."
The UnCommon Farms Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2013. The foundation's mission is to promote and support sustainable agriculture education through hands-on learning opportunities for farmers and ranchers. The foundation offers a variety of educational programs, including workshops, field days, and online courses.
"We are grateful for the support of FCS Financial," said Matt Ronken, Chief Executive Officer of the UnCommon Farms. "This donation will help us continue to provide valuable educational opportunities for farmers and ranchers across Missouri."
