We offer several ways to make a year-end payment that will be credited to your 2021 account. The deadline changes based on the payment method you utilize. Below is a list of payment methods and their deadline for you to receive credit in the 2021 calendar year.
- Noon, Tuesday, December 28 – Interest payment from Funds Held account
- Noon, Thursday, December 30 – ACH and online My Access Plus payments
- Noon, Friday, December 31 – Check or wire processed at a local branch office
We are seeing postal system delays in the arrival of payments mailed to the lockbox. If your intent is for your payment to be applied to 2021 interest, mail your payment early or utilize one of our other payment resources. My Access Plus allows you to make payments online or drop your payment off at a drop box located outside of all our branch offices.
