FCS Financial, Missouri’s largest agricultural lender, today announced exceptional results from its 2026 Member Satisfaction Survey, including a world-class Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80.90. The cooperative also earned a 95.7% overall member satisfaction score, reaffirming its deep commitment to serving Missouri’s farmers, ranchers, and rural communities.
The ag finance cooperative saw an increase in participation from full-time and part-time farmers compared to the previous year.

FCS Financial earned an NPS of 80.90. Scores above 80 are widely regarded as a world-class benchmark for customer loyalty.

The cooperative achieved a 95.7% overall satisfaction rating. Five of 21 branch locations earned a perfect 100% satisfaction score.
📈 Exceeding Expectations
More than 96% of members reported that FCS Financial met or exceeded their expectations, with nearly 61% stating the cooperative is "Exceeding Expectations."
🤝 Strong Member Referrals
Nearly nine out of ten members indicated they would definitely recommend FCS Financial to friends or acquaintances seeking financing.
