Shawn Kemp recently joined FCS Financial in Springfield as a Vice President, Team Leader of the Commercial Livestock Team. He joins Joe Abbott and Wesley Moore in providing financial services including operating, machinery, equipment and farm real estate loans to large-scale livestock operations in Missouri.
Kemp received his bachelor’s degree in agribusiness with an emphasis in Finance from Arizona State University. Kemp brings with him a broad knowledge of agricultural operations that includes agribusinesses, production ranch, feedlot and dairy with a keen understanding of capital markets. His 14 year ag industry experience includes more than 12 years in lending. Most recently, he was responsible for strategic business planning, company growth and building client relationships in Colorado and Nebraska
