Stacy Kelly, along with the Hawkeye 4-H Club, accepts the Shaping Rural Missouri Grant from Curtis Fischer, loan officer at FCS Financial in Jefferson City.The Shaping Rural Missouri grants were available to 4-H clubs & FFA chapters who plan to complete a community improvement project by the end of the year.
The Hawkeye 4-H Club plans to use the funds to beautify the downtown Belle area.
