Lani Ogle recently joined the FCS Financial team in Joplin. As a loan officer working alongside Beth Luebbering and Morgan Wallace, she will provide financial services including operating, equipment and farm real estate loans to residents in Barry, Dade, Jasper, Lawrence, McDonald and Newton counties.
Ogle received her bachelor’s degree in animal science with a minor in ag business from Missouri State University. Ogle grew up on her family’s cow-calf operation near Sarcoxie buying her first set of heifers in 2012. Ogle was active in FFA and 4-H serving as FFA Area XI President. Both organizations played a role in building her leadership skills and growing her passion for agriculture.
“I am looking forward to helping farmers and ranchers improve their operations and achieve their goals,” Ogle says. “I don’t think there is anything better than to see success on the farm and in our rural communities.”
