FCS Financial’s, Debbie Ragsdale, awarded the Monroe County 4-H Club with a $250 Shaping Rural Missouri grant. The Shaping Rural Missouri grants were available to 4-H clubs & FFA chapters who planned to complete a community improvement project in the coming months. The Monroe County 4-H Club plans to assist in building a show barn at fairgrounds dedicated to Jacquie Stuart.
