This individual, based in O'Fallon, MO, will provide custom risk management solutions through the sales and servicing of crop, livestock, and named peril insurance products. Other potential office locations include Union and Farmington.
A bachelor's degree or experience in the agricultural industry, sales, or finance is preferred.
Starting position is based on experience with multiple opportunities for personal and professional growth including Assistant Vice President, Crop Insurance (salary range of $53,000 - $99,000) and Vice President, Crop Insurance (salary range of $73,000 - $124,000).
A flexible work schedule may be considered after the initial training period and will be based off the candidate's qualifications and needs.

The Senior Vice President, Customer Services leads the Association's customer services teams, marketplace process improvement initiatives, and co-chairs the associations project team. The incumbent is part of the Senior Leadership Team and works closely with the Chief Marketplace Officer and leadership team to help execute the Association mission and business plan objectives. A bachelor's degree in business, agribusiness management, or related field; 5 years of customer service leadership experience; is desired.

FCS Financial is a member of the largest agriculture lending cooperative in the United States today. FCS Financial is seeking an independent, competitive, pro-active individual looking to build relationships with new and existing customers! This position is responsible for sales efforts, growth of relationships, credit administration, and ongoing management of large, complex, high-touch retail commercial accounts. This individual will actively market specialized loan and financial products and originate and maintain a large loan portfolio. Financial needs may be complex including credit facilities from $1 million to $10 million.
The employee in this position will develop an in-depth understanding of the assigned industry along with each customer and prospect to provide innovative and customer centric products and services to meet the needs of these accounts.
Responsibilities include analyzing complex financial information, making credit recommendations and providing credit packages in conjunction with the credit analyst. The goal is to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of the retail commercial customer and ensure quality loan administration and customer experience standards are met. The incumbent will be the primary Relationship Manager on an assigned portfolio and may also serve as secondary Relationship Manager on some Level 1 accounts.

- Ability to service broad and diverse industries, with in-depth knowledge of specific industries.
