FCS Financial, Missouri’s largest agricultural lender, today announced exceptional results from its 2025 Member Satisfaction Survey, including a world-class Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 84.19. The cooperative also achieved a 96.1% overall member satisfaction score, underscoring its deep commitment to serving Missouri’s farmers and ranchers.
This year's survey saw a significant increase in participation, highlighting the cooperative’s success in building strong, loyal relationships with its members.

The survey revealed outstanding performance across several key areas:
- World-Class Net Promoter Score (NPS): The score of 84.19 is a significant jump from 76.52 in 2024 and is the highest since the cooperative began tracking the metric in 2012. An NPS above 80 is considered a world-class benchmark for customer loyalty.
- Exceptional Overall Satisfaction: FCS Financial maintained its excellent 96.1% satisfaction score from the previous year, with 83% of members rating their experience as "Very Satisfied."
- Exceeding Expectations: Over 97% of members reported that FCS Financial met or exceeded their expectations, with nearly 61% stating the cooperative is "Exceeding Expectations," a substantial increase from 53.38% last year.
- Strong Member Referrals: Nearly nine out of ten members (87.66%) would "definitely recommend" FCS Financial to others.
