FCS Financial scholarship winners

JEFFERSON CITY, MO – FCS Financial is investing $70,000 in the next generation of Missouri leaders, awarding $2,000 scholarships to 35 students across the state. This year’s awards mark a major milestone for the cooperative; since the program began in 2004, FCS Financial has now distributed more than $1 million in total scholarship funding to the children and grandchildren of its member-owners.

The program is designed to alleviate the financial burden of higher education for Missouri families whie supporting students who demonstrate the potential to lead in their rural communities.

"Surpassing the $1 million mark in total scholarships awarded is a significant achievement that underscores our long-standing commitment to our member-owners," said Rob Guinn, FCS Financial CEO. "These students represent the future of our agricultural industry and rural towns. We are proud to support their educational pursuits as they prepare to take on leadership roles that will drive Missouri’s economy forward".
