FCS Financial’s, Beth Luebbering from our Neosho office, award the Jasper County 4-H Teen Council with a $250 Shaping Rural Missouri grant. The Shaping Rural Missouri grants were available to 4-H clubs & FFA chapters who plan to complete a community improvement project by the end of the year.The Jasper County 4-H Teen Council built six picnic tables that were placed under their concession pavilion at the Jasper County Fairgrounds.
