FCS Financial’s, Sam Scheulen, awarded the Cooper County 4-H with a $250 Shaping Rural Missouri grant. The Shaping Rural Missouri grants were available to 4-H clubs & FFA chapters who planned to complete a community improvement project in the coming months. The Cooper County 4-H plans to landscape the front of the fairgrounds exhibition hall with Missouri wildflowers and plants.
