Kapp graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in food science and nutrition. He is an active member in his community serving various youth group fundraisers and judging county fair exhibits and scholarship programs. Kapp is involved with the Andrew County Farm Bureau Board, Missouri Soybean Association and Missouri Corn Growers Association. He received the Governor’s Award for Agricultural Achievement in 2015. Kapp has served on FCS Financial’s stockholder advisory and nominating committees and was elected to the board in 2021.

Cope currently serves on the MFA Oil board. He has held several leadership roles including past board member and chairman of the Missouri Beef Industry Council, board member of MFA Incorporated, president of Barry County Farm Bureau, and chaired the Missouri Farm Bureau's Beef Commodity Advisory Committee for three years. Additionally, he served on both the Missouri Farm Bureau and American Farm Bureau Federation boards and participated in their Young Farmer and Rancher committees. Glen was elected to the FCS Financial Board in 2018.

Devlin, 52, represents Adair, Clark, Knox, Lewis, Putnam, Schuyler and Scotland counties. He is a self-employed grain farmer in Knox County where he and his wife, Karisha, operate a grain farm raising corn and soybeans. Devlin earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from the University of Missouri. He is actively involved in various organizations including the Knox County Soil and Water Conservation District Board, the MU Greenley Research Center Advisory Board, and the St. Joseph Church Finance Committee.
