FCS Financial is proud to announce the return of the Empowered Women, Empower Agriculture seminar, scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Hermann Hill. This complimentary, one-day event is specifically designed to provide Missouri’s women in agriculture with the financial tools, market insights, and networking opportunities essential for success in today’s evolving industry. 

The seminar features a robust lineup of industry experts and interactive sessions aimed at professional growth and operational excellence. Featured speakers include: 

  • Mary Kay Thatcher: A renowned agricultural policy expert who will present "Navigating Agricultural Markets: Trends and Outlook for 2026," offering a deep dive into commodity forecasts and economic factors. 
  • Mark Stewart (AFA): Leading a session on "Essential Workforce Skills in Ag," focusing on leadership, emotional intelligence, and effective communication. 
  • FCS Financial led interactive workshops on demystifying balance sheets and a "Team in Action" panel discussion featuring a loan officer and credit analyst. 

"Our goal is to provide a space where women can recharge, connect, and gain practical knowledge to tackle agricultural challenges head-on," said Madison Farnan, Manager of Marketplace Engagement at FCS Financial. "From understanding financial health to mastering soft skills, we want every attendee to walk away feeling more empowered in their operation."
