FCS Financial Opens New Office in Macon

FCS Financial opened a new retail facility in Macon on November 23 that will serve as the primary office for customers in east central Missouri. FCS Financial is Missouri's largest agricultural lender providing operating, equipment, machinery, livestock, construction, and real estate loans as well as crop and life insurance to rural areas. They have been serving rural Missouri since 1916.

Located at 509 HBC Road, the new facility will be staffed by a team of ag financial experts. "Our employees make the difference," Daryl Oldvader, CEO, says. "We have an experienced staff who understand the ag industry and farming. We are excited to bring this team to Macon and serve that community as well as the outlying areas."

In 2010, FCS Financial announced organizational changes that included the construction of the office in Macon. At that time the consolidation of the FCS Financial offices in Kirksville, Shelbina and Memphis into the new Macon facility was also announced. Those employees will be working in Macon. "Our customers should not see any difference in service," Oldvader says. "We will still provide on-farm service, online account access, and financing through our FCS Financial Express™ program at local equipment dealers. Additionally, we now have a new facility with state-of-the-art technology to serve those customers who prefer to visit our office."

The organizational changes included adopting a new approach to service that brings the right resources to customers. "Focused. Customized. "It simply means we are focused on our customers by providing customized service, loans and financing that meets their needs and solutions that help them to continue to grow." The Macon office fits into this delivery system by bringing more resources and a larger team of experts together in one place.

A ribbon cutting sponsored by the Macon Area Chamber of Commerce is planned for November 30 at 9 a.m. while an open house is being planned for March 8, 2012, in conjunction with FCS Financial's Customer Appreciation Days and National Ag Day.
